Problem
Investors look at many deals and need to decide fast which are worth an offer. Running the numbers by hand under different strategies is slow.

The challenge
Each strategy weighs a deal differently, and a raw number alone doesn't tell an investor why a deal is good or bad.

What I built
- Built a deal analyzer that runs a property through seven investment strategies.
- Added an AI valuation on the Claude API that grades every deal A to D with a short written explanation.
- Built bulk offer sending from CSV with auto-underwriting.
- Added PDF contracts with e-signature links, a buyer CRM that matches deals to buyers, and subscription plan gating.

Every deal gets a grade and a reason, and investors go from a CSV of properties to sent offers in one flow.
