Problem
Retailers lose high-value products like power tools and electronics to theft, so they lock them away, and then they are hard to buy.

The challenge
The products sit in smart locked enclosures in partner stores. Shoppers, store staff and sales reps all need to follow the same request through a tracked chain of custody, live.

What I built
- Built both React Native apps on one shared, feature-based architecture: screens, domain hooks, Redux Toolkit slices and API services.
- Business app: store and product management, enclosure setup, request fulfilment, a lead CRM, contracts, an ROI proposal calculator, NDA e-signing, chat and an AI operations assistant.
- Consumer app: store discovery on a clustered Google Map, the product catalogue, product requests with live status, guest browsing and an investor experience with video.
- Real-time events from Socket.IO and FCM go straight into Redux, so screens update live without extra requests.
- JWT auth with silent refresh-token rotation, email OTP, and NDA and onboarding flows that must be finished before the app unlocks.
- Handled the Play Store release: app signing, Firebase, deep links / App Links and the store listing.
