Problem
Most physiotherapy happens at home, without anyone watching. Patients don't know if they're doing an exercise right, and physios only find out at the next appointment.

What I built
- Run MediaPipe pose estimation on the phone, so reps are counted and form is scored in real time without sending video anywhere.
- Turn form problems into short spoken corrections written by an LLM (Groq, Llama 3.1) and read out with text-to-speech.
- Build a Next.js dashboard for physios: patient list, program builder with sets and reps, and an exercise library.
- Raise a pain alert to the physio with a push notification when a patient reports pain during a session.
- Generate weekly reports from compliance, form scores and pain trends.

Result
A full product across mobile, web and backend: the patient gets a coach at home, and the physio sees what actually happened between visits.
