Problem
Textile buyers and mills still trade over phone calls and chat groups. Catalogs are photos in a chat, and orders are hard to track.

What I built
- Wrote the system design first: users, features, schema, API conventions, scaling plan and a 6-week MVP plan.
- Set up one Turborepo with Next.js web and admin, an Expo app and a NestJS API sharing TypeScript packages.
- Built phone OTP auth with short-lived access tokens and rotated, hashed refresh tokens with reuse detection.
- Designed for growth from day one: cursor pagination, idempotency keys on orders, money as numeric, UUID v7 keys.
- Run lint, type-check and end-to-end API tests on GitHub Actions against real Postgres and Redis.

Result
Foundation and auth are done across web, mobile and admin. The product catalog is next.
