Problem
Group event planning happens across chats and lists, and two people often buy the same gift.

The challenge
There was no single place where the plan, the list and the group's decisions lived together.

What I built
- Built AI-generated party plans, shopping lists and gift ideas for 30+ event types.
- Added shared wishlists and gift registries.
- Built group shopping with voting, real-time chat and duplicate-gift prevention.
- Handled the full release to Google Play and the App Store.
